Newcourt is a quiet family campsite.
 
Noise, music and drinking are not permitted after 10pm. People who cannot abide by this are not welcome.
The Proprietors reserve the right to refuse admission and to remove people
from the site at their discretion if rules are not complied with.

All anti-social behaviour is reported immediately to Dyfed-Powys Police
along with full campsite registration details.


Our aim is for everyone to enjoy what our campsite offers and to maintain our high standards.


Many overnight touring campervans and other units using the campsite are totally self-contained.
For Health & Safety and access for emergency vehicles please leave a distance of 10 meters between units.
 
 
 

Please note

The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act: Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino and Fila Brasileiro. Whilst on site, dogs must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.

Walkers, cyclists, backpacking. Tents, touring caravans, motorhomes or campervan pitches. Fantastic views. Pen y Fan. Waterfall Country.

Serviced Portable Toilets may be on-site during busy periods.


Tariff

Due to changes by the Welsh Government, Newcourt Farm has a zero waste policy. All rubbish must be taken away by visitors.

If you book directly through the farm, payment is cash only and due on arrival.
 

We are a basic farm campsite in the foothills of the Black Mountains.
We do not have hard standings, our pitches are all grass.

 

If you have a larger than average tent or require more than a standard pitch size, an additional charge may be incurred on Bank Holiday weekends and Festivals.

Charges Per Person

ADULTS (13 years and over) £7 per night

CHILDREN
(5-12yrs) £2.00 per night (Families only)

CHILDREN aged 4years and under FREE

DOGS £2 per night

50p COIN METER SHOWER


The following may apply during Bank Holiday weekends and Festivals.
Gazebos, extra tents  £3 per night
There will be a minimum charge of £20 per night (total)  when only 1 or 2 people are using a 6 or 8 man tent.
 

Payments

We do not ask for a deposit but ask for your goodwill in letting us know if you are not going to keep your reservation.

On arrival, payment must be made in full at reception.

Payment is cash only. We do not accept credit or debit cards.

For further information about group bookings contact us to discuss your requirements.

Refunds are not given, except under exceptional circumstances. (Please note that inclement weather is not considered to be an exceptional circumstance).

We can only accept cheques from schools, colleges, churches and from  Duke of Edinburgh's Award Scheme groups.


Cancellation Policy

No refunds within 30 days of arrival date.
However, customers who need to make a cancellation within 30 days of arrival date have the option to transfer their booking to another date.
No refunds/discounts are given for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please give as much notice as possible so that others may book.
Please note that if you have made your reservation through a booking agency, your deposit will have been paid directly to the agency and is non-refundable. Your balance is paid automatically through Swipe 30 days before your arrival or immediately if your booking is less than 30 days.
You may wish to buy holiday insurance for cancellations and for your property/injury whilst away.

Requirements for individual responsibility for caravans, motor caravans and tents.
30mA RCD protection for every socket and lighting.
Also, a requirement that the RCD disconnect ALL live conductors. Nb. the live conductor includes the neutral.
Also, must be protected by an overcurrent protective device that disconnects live and neutral conductors.
Also, a separate connection to EARTH independent from the supply earthing.

(Independent earth rods are available on-site).
Also, double pole isolating switch and circuit breakers protect the final circuit in the tent, caravan or motor caravan.
